Having lunch on board the Oceania Cruises' Regatta was a special happening. The Regatta is starting her Alaska cruises season this month, with departures from San Francisco. The ship is mid-size, 1,250 passengers plus crew, and can cruise into smaller ports where larger ships cannot and offers more overnight stays and evening departures.
Oceania's Regatta offers spacious and sumptuously appointed staterooms and suites, most with private balconies. There is open-seating in all the restaurants; dine where, when and with whom you please. The cuisine is never prepared in advance; every single dish is created just for you, well presented and very delicious. The staff attends to guests' every wish and remembers individual preferences. Being onboard was a very special experience that I am sure everyone who sails on an Oceania cruise will confirm.
