I am an ECC (Elite Cruise Counselor) with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), and I keep up on all the latest news and have completed a number of cruise specialist programs. In my pre-travel life I earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education and have completed the Special Needs Group Certification, meaning I can assist travelers with special needs. I also am a Kiwi Specialist with Tourism New Zealand and an Aussie Specialist with Tourism Australia.
