Cindy's Story
My mother always said I was born with my suitcase packed. As far back as I can remember I’ve loved seeing new places, and this still holds true as I rarely backtrack to visit a destination I have been to before.
I became a travel agent almost 30 years ago after being the point person for group day trips in my Jr. Women’s Club in Dana Point, California. Our liaison with the Jr. Women’s Club and the Women’s Club was a local travel agent who asked if I would be interested in working for her while she trained me. It was an offer I couldn’t refuse!
Now I love to arrange ocean cruise and river cruise vacations. Some of my favorite itineraries have been Athens to Istanbul and from Singapore to Hong Kong. Once I disembarked a cruise in Cambodia and took a tour to Ankgor Wat before rejoining the ship in Saigon, Vietnam. How special!
It’s important to remember there is the right cruise line and right ship for everyone — from small and intimate to large and with every possible diversion you can imagine. Cruising is a wonderful vacation that provides varied adventures. It’s the best way to see several places while only unpacking once during your trip. And it’s the little suggestions I make that will help take your trip from good to great.
