Dina's Story
Before working in the ever-evolving, wonderful world of travel, I spent many years managing the complex personal and professional affairs of globally recognized celebrities and leaders. These positions demanded exceptional attention to detail, organization, flexibility, and a hands-on, concierge-level approach to every interaction. Wouldn’t you know it, these skills are exactly the same that I use every day working to design, plan, and manage my clients’ ideal travel experiences! My background has taught me the importance of precision, discretion, and anticipating needs before my clients even know they have them.
My family took many trips growing up and my first trip abroad was likely to the sunny Bahamas or warm Caribbean islands. I developed a love and a passion for traveling to experience new places, cultures, lifestyles, cuisines…you name it. After working many years managing the needs of high profile ultra-high net worth families and companies, it was easy for me to transition into planning travel. One of my favorite trips I have planned for a client was an intimate wedding in Hawaii. When the couple returned from their dream wedding, I received a note from them thanking me for the most wonderful planned trip they had ever experienced. It’s these moments of immense satisfaction and joy that I live for and aim to deliver for each and every one of my travelers.
Regarding my own travel, I absolutely love investigating luxury hotels and reporting back on them to my colleagues and clients. There is nothing quite like staying at a beautiful hotel and luxuriating in the experience. For me, it’s the details. The way you’re treated by the staff — how you’re greeted, how you’re cared for — is what makes an experience truly remarkable and makes me want to come back. The atmosphere matters too: fresh decor and unexpected touches, like a thoughtful welcome amenity, sized slippers (seriously, it matters!) or a sewing kit brought up to match my clothes once unpacked. I also love the fun extras, like candles to light, a telescope if there’s something worth looking at, or a choice of scent for the diffuser at night. But the ones that really leave a lasting impression are the hotels that surprise and delight. Sometimes I’ll come back to the room to find a new amenity waiting, just for me, just for fun. And then there’s the view — sometimes that’s the whole reason to be in the suite. Nothing beats sitting on the balcony, or in front of a villa, and getting lost in the gorgeous views sweeping out before me.
Another of my favorite pleasures of travel is finding excellent places to dine. It will surprise no one to hear the food in Greece was exceptional across the board. But one of my most memorable gastronomical moments recently was at Ormer Mayfair located inside Flemings Mayfair Hotel in London, England. It was truly a magical evening. The food was incredible, thoughtfully paired with different wines and champagne, and the presentation was elegant yet playful. The staff and the Michelin-starred chef were extraordinarily talented — and then there was the cheese course… honestly, it was unforgettable.
I love living and breathing travel and bringing my clients places they have always dreamed about seeing. I am excited to help you create and discover the trip of a lifetime, may that be wine tasting in Crete, playing drums with the locals in the Maldives, or meandering the historic streets of Mexico City. Your perfect vacation is just around the corner and I am here to help you with all the details so you can enjoy every moment.
