They provide sound advice and strategies to help manage your corporate spend with comprehensive analytics on air, hotel, and ground transport, with VIP personal service and attention to detail on all corporate programs and implementations.

Your dedicated travel expert will coordinate each aspect for your organization’s travel plan including:

Sonja Fee

DIRECTOR

Sonja joined TravelStore in 2012 and has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. As Director of Client Services, she oversees a team of professionals dedicated to assisting corporate and business travelers optimize their time and effectiveness while on the road.

Sonja started her career at American Airlines where she excelled in a variety of roles in Sales, Operational Training, and then Outside Sales to the corporate and entertainment worlds.

She enjoys golf, travel, cruising, handbags and airports and has visited 24 countries on 3 continents.

Tracy Ammerman

MANAGER

Tracy joined the TravelStore in 2014 as an Onsite Travel Consultant for Oakley, Inc. where she coordinated both international and domestic travel for employees and Oakley sponsored athletes. In 2016, she was promoted to Client Services Manager.

Tracy brought over 20 years of experience with her to TravelStore; from Travel Agent to Director of Travel.  From Non-Profit Organizations to major corporations, Tracy has done it all in the travel industry!

Tracy also served our country in the United States Marine Corp, where she specialized in Embarkation Training and supporting the Division General Headquarters.

Natalie Etcher

MANAGER

Natalie Etcher joined TravelStore in 2016, where she began her journey in our Leisure Group Sales Department. Prior to joining TravelStore, Natalie worked with Princess Cruises in their Entertainment Department, negotiating and scheduling talent bookings while measuring the effectiveness of entertainers.

Prior to working with Princess Cruises, Natalie attended California State University at Northridge where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Recreation Tourism Management; then continued to earn her Master of Science Degree in Recreation Tourism Management.

Tomas Lopez

MANAGER

Tomas has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, including Airport Operations with American Airlines, Account Management with Sabre and TMC sales and operations in his native Venezuela. Moving  to Miami he worked for government accounts, Executive Help Desk and Key Account Integrations for Amadeus. After moving to California, he joined BCD Travel as a production travel consultant with NBCUniversal TV and Universal Cable Productions, and was lured to join the TravelStore “family” and the Client Services Team.

Tomas enjoys family time and raising teenage daughters. His favorite passion is tennis. (He even strings his own rackets).

David Fitzpatrick

MANAGER

David joined TravelStore in 2004 and has been in the travel industry for over 30 years.  His career  began at Ask Mr. Foster as a Vacation Travel Specialist and was soon managing a store for Carlson Wagonlit Travel. After moving to Patterson Travel, he switched career paths to become a Corporate Travel Specialist where he soon became manager of their corporate department.

David has been in corporate travel now for over 20 years and is the principal Client Account Manager for our State of California account.

Lily Moreno

CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Lily began her career in the travel industry in 2000, and joined the TravelStore family in 2011, working on the Leisure side of the company.

Lily joined Client Services in 2019 as a Client Service Associate, and currently is a Client Services Representative managing several corporate accounts.  Lily’s background has always revolved around customer service and sales.

Lily enjoys beach days, family gatherings, and going to amusement parks with her family.

Janet Perez

MANAGER

Janet joined the TravelStore corporate travel team in November of 2014 as a Client Service Associate supporting the Client Services Manager team. Some duties included the assisting of new account implementations, establishing hotel RFP’s, working closely with hotels in securing rate codes and getting confirmed rates loaded for client viewing, and also assembling client reports. In August of 2019 Janet was promoted to Client Services Manager. Janet now manages accounts in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Previous to joining TravelStore, Janet worked in the travel industry for more than 30 years handling international and domestic corporate travel. Janet held a position on-site at Suzuki Motor Corporation for 9 years and was one of two dedicated travel consultants for Pacific Life Insurance booking their C-Level executives for 5 years.

In her free time Janet enjoys biking and traveling with her husband, attending Angel, Ducks and Lakers games as well as Nascar races.
