A Message To Our Clients:
TravelStore is committed to helping you navigate the ever-changing dynamics of travel during less certain times and utilizes our experience and resources to advocate in your best interest. Of course, whether and when to travel remains your decision.
Our number one priority is your safety and peace-of-mind. During the pandemic we haven’t interrupted any of our service. Regardless of whether your travel is immediate or in the future, we are here for you.
We understand the stress travelers have about cancellations, changes, refunds and future travel plans. We are using our close connections and all possible resources to address each situation as it has unfolded including:
► Monitoring information from government authorities. Some resources are listed below. (We recommend you review the travel guidelines for countries you plan on visiting, though these are constantly evolving.)
► Generating departure reports for our travel advisors to assist them proactively with recommendations, changes, cancellations, refunds and re-accommodations.
► Monitoring updates from our partners at BCD, Signature Travel Network, Airlines, Cruises, Tour Companies and Ground Operators to ensure we have up-to-date information regarding the current travel situation.
► TravelStore’s Leadership is working with our travel partners to advocate for maximum flexibility where cancellations and/or penalties are an issue to ensure our clients have the best possible outcome.

Many travel vendors have created more flexible travel terms to accommodate changing conditions or developments. These flexible policies may allow for waiving certain change fees or for cancelation. In cases where a vendor has not updated their polices, then the original terms and conditions of the booking will apply, including applicable change or cancelation fees.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions. or to check the specific vendors’ website to determine potential impacts to your travel.

REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PASSENGERS RETURNING BACK TO THE USA:
Effective January 26, 2021, the CDC is requiring all air passengers arriving in the US from a foreign country to get tested no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to present the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight.
