Wednesday, May 1, is National Travel Advisor Day. Without you, we’d be a train without a conductor. A bus without a driver. A plane without a pilot. In other words, without you, we’d be travel lovers with no outlet for our passion. Thank you for giving our travel advisors the opportunity to engage with our passion on a daily basis.

This National Travel Advisor Day, we’d like to highlight a few locations for you. Take a peek at five top destinations to help inspire your next journey:

1. Seoul, South Korea: Seoul is a vibrant international hotspot that is filled with amazing street food, relaxing spas, and dynamic history. Savor some Korean barbecue, take time to unwind at a Korean spa, and learn about Seoul long before the days of Samsung, LG, and Hyundai on a bicycle, bus, or walking tour of the city.

2. Bangkok, Thailand: This metropolis has impressive temples, palaces, museums, and canals… not to mention delicious street food. Settled in the 1400s, Bangkok has grown to be a top world city to visit. If you find yourself wanting to do more after a day filled with sight-seeing, Bangkok is known for its nightlife as well.

3. Stockholm, Sweden: The center of Sweden is one of the cleanest capitals around the globe. It also hosts the Nobel Prize ceremonies and has also hosted the Summer Olympic Games. Visitors to the Venice of the North have their pick of museums, including, but not limited to, the Vasa Museum.

4. Los Angeles, United States: The second largest city in the United States and the capital of the entertainment industry, Los Angeles offers more than hustle and bustle. The car-centric city, which now has an emerging formidable metro system, has made major strides since its days as a teeny-tiny pueblo. This cultural crossroad is filled with great entertainment, natural beauty, and food.

5. Delhi, India: Containing New Delhi, the seat of the world’s largest democracy, Delhi is the second largest city in India. History can be found in its three UNESCO World Heritage Sites, 1,200 heritage buildings, and museums. Delhi is also known for its festivals, like Diwali, as well as its cuisine. After eating, go shopping; Delhi has it all.
