Celebrity Cruises Dining Options

When it comes to gastronomic delights, the world’s top cruise lines have gone to the max introducing alternative dining venues to complement their main restaurant. From Jacques Pepin on Oceania Cruises to Nobu Matsuhisa on Crystal Cruises, every luxury cruise ship simply must have an alternative dining venue, or two, or three, often powered by some celebrity chef. But who’s complaining? It makes a cruise vacation all the more enticing and delightful.

But there you are — 7 days on a luxury cruise ship, trying to wrestle the crowds to get your reservation taken care of so you don’t lose out on a fine dining experience.

It certainly drives some passengers crazy, and sometimes, if you wait till you board the ship to attend to this, you’ll find slim pickings of dining times or dining venues.

A number of cruise lines allow you to pre-request or pre-book an alternative dining venue before boarding and after paying for your cruise. But in most cases, and in order to provide a fair shake to all passengers, you’re limited to how many such reservations you can request.

Celebrity Cruises has come up with a novel Wine & Dine package for couples who want to sample more of the alternative restaurants onboard their ships.

You can purchase from several packages that include from three to five dinners, each accompanied by a bottle of wine (which you can select from a list of over 20 selections) all for a price that’s less than booking each separately.

The savings actually range from about 10% to 25%. You can learn more about a Celebrity Cruise and check out Celebrity deals from our cruise agency.
