The Cape in Cabo San Lucas

I cannot say enough about The Cape resort in Cabo San Lucas! This resort has a unique vibe that is urban and magical. You will feel it the minute you drive up to the spectacular entrance!

When you step inside you are greeted by the jaw-dropping view! The Lobby is open to the outdoors with famous Cabo San Lucas “El Arco” in the distance. You will be greeted with a tequila welcome: what could say “this is going to be a fantastic vacation” more than that?

Your stay will include complimentary water in your room (replenished daily) and free WiFi in public areas and guest rooms. All rooms are ocean view with a balcony and hanging daybed!

The architecture and design here is stunning. The eclectic use of wood, hand crafted metals, leather and fabrics complemented by Mexican rugs, tiles and lighting, make

“The Cape” a site to behold. State-of-the-art rain showers and free standing copper-leafed tub. Luxurious cotton kimono robes. Binoculars in every room for whale watching.

Everywhere you turn you will be delighted by understated elegance with a modern twist.

The “Currents Spa” offers full services in a calming atmosphere. The spa is nestled in one of the natural rock formations, a subtle lighting mingles with the calming scents & sounds of the ocean waves.

This is an experience you do not want to miss!

The service at The Cape is “the top”. Friendly, welcoming and attending to your every need.

One important detail…even though this is truly a 5 Star experience – it is not stuffy. This is a place you will feel at home and the people here make you feel comfortable to be yourself.

Even though I saw guests of every age – there is a young, fresh & vibrant feel. I found this to be one of the most unique, eclectic resorts I have ever visited.

People – Guests & Staff – are encouraged to be themselves. Don’t be surprised if you see a waiter or bartender with a beard, a housekeeper with a nose-ring or a pool worker with tattoos.

This commitment to diversity just adds to this beautiful place and makes you feel welcome and free to be who you are!

This resort is not all inclusive, however they offer some amazing dining venues:

The Manta – Internationally acclaimed chef Enrique Olvera has created this signature kitchen. Focus is on seafood – with inspiration from Asia to traditional Mexican.

The Ledge – Beach house feel. Traditional American breakfast favorites and contemporary Mexican cuisine lunch.

The Roof Top – Handcrafted cocktails and artisanal beers on a sky garden of lush greenery, sunken lounge with firepit and views of El Arco.

The Pool Bar – Swim up bar and terrace – serving fresh fruits, juices and a mix of lunch fare.
Lobby Bar – An intimate sunken lounge.

Indoor/Outdoor ambience, living room style seating, hand woven Mexican rugs, a pool table & gaming.

Glass Box – Javier Sanchez’s stunning architectural glass cube is home a café and bar with a cool vibe. The perfect setting for your morning coffee to evening cocktails.

With all “The Cape” offers, you could just stay here for your entire vacation and have everything you want or need. But keep in mind, this location is so close (5 minute taxi ride) to downtown Cabo San Lucas –

I encourage you to get out and experience the sights and activities that are offered in this magical destination of Los Cabos!
