If high-speed train travel gets your adrenaline going, then China’s new high-speed train, averaging speeds of 300 km per hour, maybe just the thing for you.

China recently opened the world’s longest and most technically advanced high-speed rail route between Beijing and Guangzhou. Nearly 2,300 km long, the train makes 35 stops en route. The journey that used to take 22 hours can now be done in 10. Travel demand has increased in China, and now the country is expanding this rail network across the country.
