I became a travel agent in 1986 while attending Ohio State University in my home state. I was young and wanted to see and experience the world and was able to choose a career that enabled me to do just that! Planning trips of a lifetime and making people's dreams come true are the reasons I love doing my job. I am down to earth, I pay attention to detail and I'm trustworthy.

Some of my favorite experiences while traveling include waking up early to see Machu Picchu when there are hardly any people around, traveling to Kangaroo Island to see kangaroos and wallabees while wine and cheese tasting, walking up to the mountain peaks in Torres Del Paine National Park in Chile and zip-lining through the rain forest in Costa Rica.

I’ve traveled to Central America many times, and I enjoy its melting pot of ethnic and cultural diversity, archeological sites such as Tikal and Copan, and its hundreds of bird species, exotic plants and animals. If you’re adventurous you can go hiking through rainforests, experience the thrill of scuba diving, and enjoy a cloud forest canopy tour, white water rafting, biking or luxuriating in the hot springs near an active volcano. Central America is my specialty and I have travelled there many times.

I’m also a certified Australia Specialist, and Sydney is one of my favorite cities. I’ll never forget traveling to Kangaroo Island to see kangaroos and wallabees and wine and cheese tasting in an open field.

I always make sure to provide you with details about your trip so there are no surprises! I’ll even give you packing tips. When I'm not helping you plan your next excursion, I enjoy hiking, skiing and yoga. My husband and I are beekeepers and I also went to culinary school and enjoy cooking as well as wine tasting.
