Private Cooking Class
Prepare a Southern dinner with the guidance of a local chef in a private kitchen. Upon arrival, your chef will explain the basic elements and flavors that make Nashville cuisine unique. You will learn to make your own pimento cheese on crostini with seasonal pairings (such as peaches, plums, tomatoes, and a variety of cured meats) and gouda grits with Southern-inspired chipotle shrimp. Your meal will also feature a southern salad and bourbon root beer floats, alongside a lesson on the history of bourbon.
