Carrie's Story
My mother was a travel agent and took us on cruises and tours starting in grade school. I first started out working in travel about 40 years ago when my mom needed help with her business and asked me to step in.
Since my first three-day cruise as a child, all of my trips have been educational and inspiring, but taking a hot air balloon over the Masai Mara is the most unforgettable moment I’ve experienced. Once while in Africa, a man offered our driver ten cows for me, and I remember laughing thinking he had at least twenty, and I was only worth 10 to him! The driver then told me it was a huge compliment. That takes the cake for one of my favorite travel memories.
My travel experiences and expertise is varied, and I particularly enjoy arranging cruise vacations and world cruises for the most discerning clients. However, family vacations or villa vacations in Europe are also a joy to plan.
