Nanci's Story
Growing up with a father who was in the hotel world, we were a little bit spoiled when we traveled. When I was in high school, I caught the travel bug and decided I wanted to pursue a career making people happy through travel and tourism. I decided I would follow in my dad’s footsteps and join the hospitality industry.
After obtaining my hotel administration degree from UNLV, I worked for over a decade with major hotel companies while traveling to enjoy the chains’ sister properties, and continued to broaden my horizons. I then transitioned to work for my local Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, and learned about the other side of the travel and tourism industry.
I’m fortunate to have cruised to regions within the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Aegean, Adriatic, South Pacific, Baltic, and to Alaska. I’ve also visited parts of Europe, the Hawaiian and Caribbean Islands, the Mexican Riviera and Yucatan Peninsula and I’m ready to continue to travel as often as possible. For me, it’s all about experiencing new adventures in unique locations with people I love, and watching them learn and enjoy, too!
