The innovative architect Antoni Gaudi’s first major project was Casa Vicens in Barcelona, which he began at age 31. But the house, which is now a museum, already shows off what his famous buildings are known for: unusual design elements, bright-colored tiles and roof turrets. The UNESCO site was on of the first Art Noveau buildings.
