Royal Caribbean International® : Quantum of the Seas
Whether you're searching for the ultimate adrenaline rush or prefer a haven of tranquility all to yourself, there are so many options on board you'll find something for everyone. You can treat yourself to a seaweed wrap or a hot stone massage in the full-service spa, take a dance class taught by the shipboard entertainers, test your luck at the tables in Casino RoyaleSM, take advantage of the duty-free shopping at the ship's designer boutiques, or simply relax poolside with a great book and a refreshing cocktail. Do everything, or nothing at all. The choice is yours.
Royal Caribbean will add a daily US$14.50 gratuity (US$17.50 for suite guests) to each guest's onboard SeaPass account. The gratuities are shared by the Dining Services Staff, Stateroom Attendants, and other Housekeeping Services personnel. Alternatively, guests may prepay gratuities prior to boarding by calling Royal Caribbean. Guests who prepay gratuities will not have an automatic daily gratuity added to their SeaPass account.
An 18% gratuity is also automatically added to beverages, minibar items, spa and salon purchases. If guests wish to reward exceptional service by providing additional gratuities, they may do so by providing an additional gratuity to their SeaPass account or a cash gratuity at their discretion.
Each Royal Caribbean is equipped with a medical facility. At least one licensed physician and two nurses are normally in attendance on all Royal Caribbean cruises. Guests will be charged for medical services and medications are available onboard for a fee. The types of medications kept onboard are limited and guests must bring an adequate supply of any specific medications they need. Royal Caribbean is not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment or services furnished by shipboard medical personnel.
