At the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay guests can discover Telu, an aromatic herb and cocktail garden serving Head Bartender Sufian Mahmoud who leads zero-waste bar workshops. Celebrating Bali’s traditions and natural resources, Sufian demonstrates how a cocktail can become the ambassador of sustainability using local ingredients, ancient techniques and a bit of imagination. 

Background
Telu features repurposed and upcycled materials, ISufian’s infusions mature in antique clay pots and upcycled glass bottles. Guests learn about the traditional use and medicinal benefits of Arak (Balinese rice wine) and learn about Sufian's unique culinary approach to cocktail-making as he slow-cooks liqueurs, simmers marmalade and infuses pure Arak with the flavors of homegrown plants.
